Welcome to TITAN AI ("we", "us", "our"). TITAN AI is an AI-powered content creation platform operated as a sole proprietorship by Gamal Zael Ovalle Rivera, based in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. By accessing or using TITAN AI, including its social media publishing features, you agree to these Terms of Service.
TITAN AI provides AI-assisted content creation tools, including text, image, video, and audio generation, as well as optional publishing to connected social media accounts (including TikTok) at the user's direction.
You are responsible for the content you create and publish through TITAN AI. You must only publish content you own or have the right to share, and you must comply with the terms of any third-party platform you connect, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
When you authorize TITAN AI to publish to TikTok or other platforms, that publishing is performed through those platforms' official APIs under your authorization. We do not control those platforms' rules, availability, or content policies.
You agree not to use TITAN AI to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful content, or to violate the rights of others.
TITAN AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TITAN AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
